All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in or on the Service were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Platform Classification

Pentagram primarily hosts and displays AI-generated content. The regulations at 18 U.S.C. 2257 apply specifically to actual sexually explicit conduct involving real individuals. AI-generated content that does not depict actual persons engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 2257.

User-Uploaded Content

For any user-uploaded content that may contain actual sexually explicit conduct, Pentagram acts as a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. 2257. As such, we maintain records in accordance with the following:

• We require all content uploaders to certify that all individuals depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age
• Uploaders are required to maintain original 2257 records for any content they upload
• We maintain records of the identity of the primary producer for user-uploaded content
• All user-uploaded content is subject to moderation and verification before publication

• Pre-publication review of all user-uploaded content
• AI-powered and human moderation to detect potentially non-compliant content
