This Content Policy outlines the types of content that are permitted and prohibited on Pentagram. All users must adhere to these guidelines when uploading or sharing content.

1. Age Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

All individuals depicted in content must be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions. Violation of this policy results in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

  • Content featuring minors in any context is strictly prohibited
  • Content must not sexualize minors in any way, including fictional depictions
  • Uploaders must verify that all individuals are of legal age

2. Consent Requirements

All content must be:

  • Created with the explicit consent of all individuals depicted
  • Shared with permission from all parties involved
  • Free from any coerced or non-consensual acts

Prohibited:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
  • Hidden camera or voyeuristic content
  • Content depicting non-consensual acts
  • Deepfakes or manipulated content of real individuals without consent

3. Permitted Content

The following types of content are generally permitted on Pentagram:

AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated videos created through our platform
  • AI-generated content that does not depict real individuals
  • Creative and artistic AI generations

User-Uploaded Content (Subject to Moderation)

  • Original content created by the uploader
  • Content where the uploader has appropriate rights and permissions
  • Content featuring consenting adults over 18

4. Prohibited Content Categories

4.1 Illegal Content

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Content promoting or facilitating human trafficking
  • Content depicting actual violence or sexual assault
  • Content promoting terrorism or extremist activities
  • Content facilitating illegal drug trade
  • Any content that violates applicable laws

4.2 Non-Consensual Content

  • Revenge pornography
  • Voyeuristic content (hidden cameras, upskirts, etc.)
  • Content depicting rape or sexual assault
  • Blackmail or extortion material

4.3 Harmful Content

  • Content glorifying or promoting violence
  • Gore or extreme violence
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Hate speech targeting protected groups
  • Harassment or bullying of individuals

4.4 Deceptive Content

  • Impersonation of real individuals
  • Fraudulent or scam content
  • Misleading claims about products or services
  • Spam or repetitive low-quality content

4.5 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyrighted material without authorization
  • Trademark violations
  • Content stolen from other creators

5. AI-Generated Content Guidelines

For AI-generated content on our platform:

Permitted:

  • AI generations using our approved prompts and tools
  • Creative and artistic AI-generated videos
  • AI content that does not attempt to depict real individuals

Prohibited:

  • AI generations attempting to depict real individuals without consent
  • AI content depicting minors in any context
  • AI content depicting illegal activities
  • Using AI to generate non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Circumventing content safety filters

6. Upload Requirements

When uploading content, you must:

  • Verify that all individuals depicted are over 18 years of age
  • Confirm you have the right to share the content
  • Ensure all depicted individuals have consented to the content being shared
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept responsibility for the content you upload

7. Content Moderation Process

All user-uploaded content undergoes review:

  1. Automated Screening: Initial scan for prohibited content
  2. Queue for Review: Content enters moderation queue
  3. Human Review: Moderators review content for policy compliance
  4. Decision: Content is approved, rejected, or flagged for further review
  5. Publication: Approved content is published to the platform

Moderation typically takes 24-48 hours. Content that clearly violates policies is rejected immediately.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy may result in:

  • Content Removal: Violating content will be removed
  • Account Warning: First-time minor violations
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations
  • Permanent Ban: Severe violations or repeated offenses
  • Legal Action: Illegal content may be reported to authorities

9. Reporting Violations

To report content that violates this policy:
